Delete in the App

You can delete your account directly from the QuranFlows app:

Open QuranFlows → Settings → Account → Delete Account

Can't Access the App?

If you can't access the app, fill out the form below and we'll process your deletion request. We may email you to confirm ownership before deleting data.

What We Delete

When you delete your account, we delete (or anonymize) your account/profile information and learning progress linked to your QuranFlows account.

What May Be Retained

• Some information may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.
• Purchase/transaction records are managed by Apple/Google (and our billing provider, if applicable) and may remain in their systems.

Timeframe

We typically complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions.
