Account & Data Deletion

At Ajeera Company Ltd., we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your QuranFlows account, you can do so using either of the two methods described below.

Option 1 — Delete Your Account from Within the App

1. Sign in to the QuranFlows app.
2. Navigate to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll all the way down and tap "Delete Account".
4. Confirm that you want your account deleted.

This activates a 30-day scheduled deletion. During those 30 days you can change your mind by following the same steps — you will see a "Cancel Account Deletion" button instead. After the 30-day window closes, the deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Option 2 — Request Deletion via Email

Send an email to support@quranflows.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line:

Account Deletion Request

We will permanently delete your account, wipe your data from our database, and sever any active subscription ties within 30 days of receiving your request.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon permanent deletion the following data is erased:

• Your account profile (name, email, profile photo)
• Learning progress, streaks, and bookmarks
• In-app preferences and settings
• Any user-generated content or notes
• Push-notification tokens and device identifiers
• Active subscription associations (subscriptions are cancelled/severed)

What Data May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained for a limited period after deletion for legal, financial, or security reasons:

• Transaction & payment records — retained for up to 180 days to comply with tax and financial-reporting obligations.
• Anonymised, aggregated analytics — retained indefinitely. These records contain no personally identifiable information.
• Legal & compliance logs — retained as required by applicable law (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution).

After any applicable retention period expires, remaining data is permanently destroyed.
